These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Donewright Outbound LLC ("Donewright," "we," "us," or "our") website and services. Donewright Outbound LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Arizona (ACC Business ID: 25115182). By using our website, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone, email, or SMS, you agree to these Terms.
Donewright trains, manages, and holds accountable a dedicated outbound caller for home services businesses. This includes free diagnostic services such as our Mystery Shop, paid dedicated calling services, and related communications about your account. Paid services are sold only to businesses, under a signed Client Services Agreement. We do not sell products or services to consumers, and we never take payment over the phone.
Fees for paid services are set out in the signed Client Services Agreement. A one-time activation fee and the first month are due at signing, and the monthly fee then bills automatically on the same day each month. The agreement has a 3-month minimum term. After that, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
All fees are non-refundable, including the activation fee and any monthly fee already paid. Performance is covered by the Donewright Performance Guarantee described in the agreement, which provides continued service at no charge and an option to exit early, not cash refunds. Clients who provide contact lists confirm in their agreement that they have a prior business relationship with, or the consent required by law from, each person listed. Donewright scrubs any data it sources against the National Do Not Call Registry, honors opt-out requests, and records calls for quality review in line with applicable disclosure laws.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Donewright Outbound LLC may send you SMS text messages related to appointment confirmations, service updates, and, where you've separately consented, promotional offers and updates.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your specific request or ongoing account, with frequency that may vary based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@donewrightoutbound.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our free Mystery Shop involves Donewright contacting the phone number you provide, posing as a prospective customer, and recording that call for grading and training purposes, as described at the point you submit your consent. By submitting the Mystery Shop form, you confirm you are authorized to provide this consent on behalf of your business.
The Donewright Performance Guarantee is summarized on our Pricing page, and its full terms are set out in the signed Client Services Agreement and Guarantee Addendum. It applies only under the conditions stated there. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of results outside those terms. Donewright guarantees qualified opportunities only, as defined in the Guarantee Addendum, never revenue or profit.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
