Donewright trains, manages, and holds accountable a dedicated outbound caller for home services businesses. This includes free diagnostic services such as our Mystery Shop, paid dedicated calling services, and related communications about your account.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Donewright Outbound LLC may send you SMS text messages related to appointment confirmations, service updates, and, where you've separately consented, promotional offers and updates.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your specific request or ongoing account, with frequency that may vary based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Our free Mystery Shop involves Donewright contacting the phone number you provide, posing as a prospective customer, and recording that call for grading and training purposes, as described at the point you submit your consent. Any performance guarantee we offer is described specifically on our Pricing page and applies only under the conditions stated there. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of results outside those specific, stated terms.
